How we work
We onboard our clients and initiate discussions via various channels such as email, phone or video conferencing to see through and understand our client's vision. We would also love to have face to face sessions with our clients to ensure there are no gaps left behind. On gathering a specific set of information from our clients, we then go for designing the prototype version of the application by letting it go through several iterations until the client’s requirements are met.
Upon agreeing over the prototype, the static designs are then converted to dynamic application with actual functions and features with the help of extensive research and coding. We then let this application run through rigorous testing phase until the application is error free and we finally deploy and launch the application. That’s not the end of it, we also offer post deployment support and maintenance activities.

Requirement Analysis & Proposal
We engage active brainstorming sessions in analysing the client's requirements and run an internal research to match the client's vision and desires. Based on the outcome, we perform a successful project plan which leads us to a winning project.

Agreement
Successful planning is equivalent to successful completion of half of the project, hence we pay careful attention to each and every detail of the planning process. We address the client's needs and each and every project specific needs during the agreement planning which sets the path to successful launch pad of the project.

UI/UX Design
Upon agreeing to the project timeline and it's scope of activities, our design experts pitch in to engage in building a low fidelity UI/UX screens and application flow. Active interactions will take place with the clients which helps in clearing all the ambiguities and preparing a design for development.

Prototype
We provide a high fidelity prototype to our clients which is inclusive of colour schemes and brand theming, so that they can have a look and feel of how the final product would be and provide feedback if there exists any. Upon agreeing to the prototype, the product is good to kick start it's development activity.
